an evening at the park

My girlies were all wound up on Saturday evening so I decided to take them to the park to run around for a bit.  The one catch was that they had to let me take a few photos.  Sneaky, right?  Well, it worked and I got them all worn out for bed.  I honestly believe that was the fastest they have ever gone to sleep on a Saturday night.  Yah me!!









I love this one in Black and White and Color so I just had to share both.

Yup, my little stinker is growing up.  She just moved from her crib to a big girl bed.  I am so glad  I decided to take a photo of her in her crib since that same day the crib was gone.  It shocked me a little at the sudden change from my little baby to a big girl.

This is the last photo I took of my baby in her crib.  She is such a goof.



Now, here she is, looking all grown up.  She loves her bed and spent most of today on it.  Reading books, playing with her dolls.  Singing.  I think I might actually like this new big girl stuff.

Of course she had to test out sisters bed to see if it was indeed the same as hers.  She said, "mommy look, I'm sleeping in sister's bed.  Take a picture."  I obliged of course.  What a doll.

3rd Grade

I cannot believe I have a 3rd grader.  It's a little frightening to think of how fast time has gone.  Isn't he handsome though?
